What’s in it?
- 1 large bunch celery
- 2 large green apple
- 1 large fennel bulb
- 2 limes
Instructions:
- Slice and chop all ingredients into small squares and add them into a large salad bowl.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over ingredients in bowl.
- Mix well.
Et Voilà!
What else would you eat with this salad, I think I would still be hungry afterwards.

Fennel and lime is an amazing combination. That chilled crunch works too. I moved into a vegan diet gradually and find that it reduces craving and improves my palate. My favorite slogan remains:
