Healthy meals are about simplicity and cooking with minimum ingredients. Healthy meal takes very little effort to cook. This Yellow healthy recipe is ideal for two or more people depending on the hunger fire or size of the veggies you pick.

Preparation and cooking time:

5 minutes in preparation and 30 minutes in the oven

Ingredients:

Cute pumpkin

A pair of potatoes

Two hands of cooked chickpea

One white onion

Herbs and seeds for the taste

Tools:

Sharp knife, oven on 190 C

  1. Cut the pumpkin in two parts. There is no need to peel it or to take the seeds out. It is perfect just way it is. Mine did not have seeds, but if your has seeds inside you can leave them inside, they will roast nicely.
