Let’s design a vegan kitchen!

I’m very proud and honored to be part of an interdisciplinary team of innovators that’s aiming to develop a modular kitchen which is targeted towards the vegan lifestyle.  The team consists of designers, journalists, artists, engineers, scientists from Austria, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Spain and the US. I’m incredibly happy to be part of this team not only because of this mission that I’m so passionate about, but also because of this really cool team that I’ll be working with over the next few months. My role here is very much an advisory role and I think it complements what we do here on a daily basis at HealthMatters.io. We believe that the right food can prevent many lifestyle diseases and our goal is to translate this from science into action.
